We provide Interim Inspections, that Landlords/Agents will find invaluable. An Interim inspection is recommended at least once during a tenancy, but for longer tenancies i.e. up to a year or more it is recommended to have inspections more frequently.
During an Interim Inspection we will endeavour to be as proactive as possible in snagging any issues that we think are relevant for the Landlord/Agent to be aware of.
This might include any damage to the property or contents. We will work off our initial inventory as a guide to the property including taking any meter readings if required.
We offer this service to provide a Landlord/Agent peace of mind during the term of a tenancy.
